Storm damage?
We handle the claim.
We work directly with your insurance company on storm and damage claims. Free claim inspections across NY, NJ, CT, PA, and MA.
How does a roof insurance claim work?
After a storm, the claim process comes down to three things: proving what the storm did, communicating it to the insurance company in the form they need, and getting the repair done right once the claim is approved. Most homeowners have never done this before. Adjusters do it every day. That gap is why claims stall, get underpaid, or never get filed at all.
We close that gap. Hail, wind, fallen trees: we handle the inspection, the documentation, and the direct communication with your insurance adjuster so your claim moves quickly and your home gets repaired right. You are not translating between a contractor and an insurance company. We do both ends.
What we take off your plate.
-
Free claim inspection
We get on the roof and around the property and find every bit of storm damage, not just the obvious piece.
-
Full documentation
Photos and written reports covering the damage, so the claim file speaks for itself.
-
Direct adjuster communication
We talk to your insurance company ourselves and keep the claim moving.
-
The repair itself
Once the claim is settled, our own crews do the work, from a section repair to a full replacement.
If a claim is not warranted, we say so.
Storm chasers knock on doors and promise every homeowner a new roof on insurance money. That is not us. Our claim inspections are free and our answer is honest: if the damage justifies a claim, we document it and pursue it properly. If it does not, we tell you that with zero pressure, and you get a straight quote for whatever roof repair or siding repair the damage actually calls for.
We are a family owned company based in Congers, NY. Our name is on the truck and on the work, and that is worth more to us than one padded claim.
When should you call after a storm?
As soon as you can. Storm damage, leaks, and active insurance claims get prioritized in our schedule, and fresh damage is easier to document convincingly than damage that has weathered for months. If water is getting in right now, we can handle emergency tarping to stop the bleeding while the claim gets worked.
Even if you are not sure the dents and missing shingles amount to anything, the inspection costs you nothing and takes the guessing out of it. If the storm took the roof past saving, we walk you through what a full roof replacement involves and how the claim covers it.
