JEF Contractors Inc provides residential and commercial roofing, siding, and gutter services, including roof inspections, free estimates, roof replacements, roof repairs, siding installation and repair, gutter installation, gutter repair, gutter guards, shingle roofing, flat roofing, torch down roofing, storm damage assessment, and insurance claim assistance for property damage.
All estimates, timelines, pricing, availability, and product specifications are subject to change without notice and may be revised based on on-site inspection, weather, material availability, or scope changes. Final pricing and terms are set by the written agreement or contract you sign for each individual project.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete contact information when contacting us or requesting services.
- Use our website, forms, and communication channels only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse our systems, send harmful, abusive, or unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access to our website, servers, or accounts.
- Not impersonate another person or submit forms on behalf of someone without their authorization.
- Respect the safety and authority of our crews while they are on your property.
4. Calls, Recording, and Electronic Communications
By contacting us or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, phone calls, and SMS/MMS text messages, consistent with your preferences and applicable law.
Calls between you and JEF Contractors Inc may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and accuracy of project records, where permitted by law. By continuing the call, you consent to such recording.
5. Mobile Messaging Terms of Service (SMS/MMS)
The following terms apply specifically to our mobile text messaging program.

B. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from JEF Contractors Inc about:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
- Estimates, job and project communications, and service notifications
- Customer support and follow-up
- If separately opted in, promotional or marketing offers
C. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, appointment confirmations, crew arrival notifications, and project updates). If you are opted into marketing messages, you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
D. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. JEF Contractors Inc does not charge for the messages themselves, but your wireless carrier may charge you for sending and receiving messages based on your plan.
E. Opt-Out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from the program. If you change your mind, text START to opt back in.

G. Carriers and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers, but availability is not guaranteed.
H. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission of a parent or legal guardian, to opt in to the mobile messaging program.
I. Privacy
Your use of the mobile messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
6. Estimates, Pricing, and Project Agreements
Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing, scope, and project terms are governed by the written contract or work order you sign for each project. Nothing on this website or in our pre-project communications creates a binding contract for work; only a signed project agreement does.
7. Insurance Claims
For damage caused by storms, wind, hail, or other covered events, we may assist with documentation, photos, and communication with your insurance carrier. We are not insurance agents or adjusters, do not interpret your insurance policy, and do not guarantee any specific outcome on a claim. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier.
8. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, photos, video, graphics, and design — is the property of JEF Contractors Inc or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
